THE FALSE MEALY BUGS

Crisis has risen among

 the mealy bug pest empire.

Plant sap sucking mealy bugs are under attack

of a deadly enemy that even tender ants cannot defend them from. 

Disguissed

as mealy bugs, coccinellid larvae

can attack and hide causing havoc among them.

llavors d'estèvia / stevia seeds

És temps de collir llavors d'estèvia. Aquí cultivo la varietat criolla.

Je čas sbírat semínky stévie. Tu v Barceloně pěstuji kreolskou odrůdu.

It's time to harvest stevia seeds. I grow here in Barcelona the creole variety.

Insecte pol·linitzant flors d'estèvia. És potser del gènere ceratina?

Bolets

Un bolet surt d'un tronc sec d'anet. Els fongs ajuden a reciclar la matèria morta.
Houba se vynoří ve vyschlém stvolu kopru. Recyklování mrtvé hmoty. 
A mushroom emerges from a dry dill stem. Good signal, fungae recycling dead matter.

Eruga de papallona reina (Papilio machaon) alimentant-se de les meves plantes d'anet. El depredador alfa (jo) no farà res contra ella.

Housenka z Otakárka fenyklového, krmící se na mých rostlinách kopru. Alfa dravec (já) nic proti ní neudělá.

Catterpillar of an old world swallowtail, feeding on my dill plants. The alpha predator (me) will not do anything against it.
